“Aman worked with our 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter over the Summer of 2025 where we observed her very real desire to instill a love of Math in our children! Her love for her subject is admirable, coupled with a passion for seeing children well taught, and her desire to ensure concepts are clearly and well understood. It is this subject love and her passion to see children given the opportunity to discover a love for it too, that makes her an excellent teacher!

Aman has been a fierce advocate for our children’s learning, willing to push them where they’ve needed pushing, willing to slow down where more time is needed to grow in confidence, practice and rigor, and showing the ability to discern and pivot between these two areas. She has been single minded about the importance of getting the fundamentals and foundations in place from a young age, knowing that future growth and success is tied to a proper understanding of the “why” behind concepts.

She has taught our children that everyone learns at their own pace, and that everyone can find a tool that makes sense to them in order to solve a Math problem. She has modeled that making mistakes is part of the process, that challenging concepts don’t need to be immovable road blocks, that mindset matters, and that everyone can do Math…and enjoy it!

I wish I had enjoyed the privilege of such a considered and gifted Math teacher in my elementary days! A teacher deeply invested in my success, willing to advocate for me, believe in me, inspire me, and lay solid foundations for future growth. A teacher willing to take the time to help me slow down and establish solid roots of understanding, not willing to shortchange or fast track the process of growth. A teacher gifted not only in her understanding of her material, but also in her ability to communicate this understanding and bring it to life in a way that is winsome and inspiring.
